Succeeding the divisive specialization of planning disciplines, which occured in the second half of the 20th. century, the project manangement model, as practised by Plan team, allows a building to be developed through the rationalised interface of an interwoven interdisciplinary team 'In-House'. A significant advantage of this model is that the ongoing dedication of the team allows each individual project to profit synegetically from the knowledge (products, procedural and technological) embodied within the team across all disciplines.
