The planning included the following functional units: area for social work, departments
for pediatric illnesses, audiology, orthopedics/physical therapy, psychiatry, mental health,
consulting areas and administration. The inaccessibility of several crucial construction elements presented a great challenge
in fire-protection and structural soundness. In addition, the renovation is to be
completed during continuous clinic operation.
